This machine is newly updated technology for fully automatic manufacturing Alcohol prep pad,swabs,BZK antiseptic pad,nail polish remover pad machine,Povidone iodine pad,Antiseptc wipes machine,It is fully automatic model with 6 row high production,user friendly.One time make 2 row at each two bags,total 4 bags(two unit together by perforated line or separated)

Mahine is built by 304 stainless steel,it is American FDA,Europe CE standard.
Machine is developed with our own patent PLC Human-machine interface communication program,HMI LCD touch screen for user friendly.machine is with dual operation system for control touch screen,and bottom press operation.

Machine adopts the premium pump for alcohol liquid pump&spray at very precise&accurate quantity at the exact same amount for each unit.

As option,machine can add on the print lot device for maximum three row of figure, production lot,expired date etc.

Production process：
Non-woven loading machine→folding→cutting→Spray liquid→pack the bags→making the bags→sealing the bags→cutting→product.
